Bugatti? No, thank you!

Would you buy a Bugatti Veyron?
I am the first person to admit that in itself, the car is a towering engineering feat. The features that the car is equipped with, such as, all wheel drive and the Quad turbo-charged W16 that produces 1001bhp all combine to propel the car to a top speed of 252 MPH.
Now that is quick in anyone’s language, but I think that the car is overkill for the sake of it. The holy grail of fast cars, the Mclaren F1 did it just as well without the extra weight and complexity and lets face it that car was only 11 mph slower, some ten plus years ago.
Surfing the net as AUTOLOUD does, I happened across the Bugatti website and found they have a Veyron configurator to play with. Just what you need to assist you in picking your colour choices, ( sorry, palette in Bugatti’s words).
The sad thing is, for mere mortals like us, you discover that money does not buy you taste. Play with it and the combinations that the website suggests may very well resemble a vomit after a large packet of smarties.
If you are lucky enough to be considering purchasing one of these, do the rest of the motoring world a favour and stay away from the Lime green!
